An export declaration (registration certificate Part II) proves that your vehicle has been correctly deregistered in the Dutch vehicle registration register and is ready for export abroad.
Temporary insurance
Vehicles that are exported must also be insured against third party liability. You can easily arrange temporary insurance through us, including an official green card.

With an export certificate you make importing your vehicle to the country of destination a lot easier. This document is issued in combination with an export registration or temporary license plates.
